Pre-wrapped salad rolls are served with filling of your choice. the filling of the rolls have rice vermicelle, fresh shredded lettuce,
carrot, pickled bean sprouts and various types of meat wrapped in rice paper, served with homemade
dip of fish sauce or hoisin peanut sauce. Four rolls per serving, extra roll is $2.50.
Have fun, choose your favourite filling, and on DIY the perfect wrap and rolls are
served-with roasted peanut topping. Six rolls per serve $2.50

Vietnamese beef noodle soup, also known as Pho "fir" is the most popular specialty dish of Vietnamese cuisine. Pho consists of rice
noodle & slim cuts of beef, garnished with bean sprouts, Thai basil, shallot, onion, coriander & cilantro. The beef
broth is made from simmering beef bones, flank steak & fragrant spices for a minimum of 12 hours..
All Pho can be made Gluten Free, when served with rice noodles.
Bun Bo Hue is served with thick round rice vermicelli, beef briskets and garnished with lemon, bean sprouts,Thai basil,
shallots, onion & Vietnamese coriander. The broth is made by simmering beef bones & beef shank
with lemongrass & fragrant spices then seasoned with fermented shrimp sauce & chilli oil.
